We used I A Electric to repair an outlet that came up ungrounded during our home inspection. Steve came out to our house right on time and was extremely helpful. We had some back and forth with our realtor/the buyer about switching the outlet and he was so patient and even talked to our realtor about options. Ultimately he switched out the outlet for a 2 prong instead of 3. I don’t want to turn this into a novel, but Steve really went above and beyond in my opinion. The women I spoke to in the office was also so friendly and helpful and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

IA Electric was spot on normally I would try and do things myself but luckily I didn't because they practically saved my life. The dispatcher was very respectful and if she gave her word to follow up she did. The technicians they were seasoned in other words knew their job inside and out. They took the time to answer questions, and gave me some safety tips for things to look out for if I suspected issues. They respected my home, and were efficient and fast I will recommend them to anyone trust me if you have a electrical issue call these guys they are a great team from the dispatcher to the technicians.

I've had all sorts of contractors doing work on my property the last few year and each one have their issues. THIS electrical contractor, however, is THE BEST experience I've had. Steve is very detailed and accurate with his work. He and his crew are also very friendly and professional. They know the code so you won't have to worry about re-work, because they do it right the first time! Their prices are reasonable. Not sure what more I can say except that they're the ultimate in my book!

I reached out to Steve and his team to do a full panel upgrade and replacement. Steve responded quickly with a quote. Two other electricians/companies never responded. Second, Steve's team arrived as scheduled and completed all the work on time. Third, they explained everything necessary for the job. Four, they scheduled and took care of the inspection from the city. A huge positive was a result of a loose wire. There was an issue later in the evening and Steve responded to me after hours. He took care of the issue himself. He did not want my mother without heat over night. FANTASTIC! This team is trustworthy! Recommended!
