Working with Christin and Haven Studios was my first time hiring a professional interior designer. She made the whole process seamless, comfortable and fun. I had a tricky office space in El Dorado Hills to decorate and she was able to help me pick unique and comfortable furniture and create an aesthetic that my clients love. If you want your home or office to really be unique and reflect your personal style and energy, Christin has a way of picking up your vision but enhancing it with her own creativity and design knowledge. I highly recommend her for any scale project. She is highly professional and takes her time to ensure you are happy with your completed project.

Christin has an exceptional eye for design and a real talent for creating functional living spaces that are unique to each individual client. With her background in architecture she brings a fresh perspective to the design process, creating well designed spaces that are not only livable but gorgeous to look at. Whether you redoing one space or designing a complete remodel, I recommend Christin. She’s such a pleasure to spend time with!

Christin Balzar of Haven Studios has been an absolute pleasure to work and collaborate with. Christin's keen eye for spacial and decorative design helped our family transform our beloved Lake Tahoe cabin into a modern, cozy space for our family, friends and pups to enjoy. Her approach to design is innovative, unique and very well thought out. Christin was able to tailor and execute a beautiful plan that worked perfectly for our family. Our experience in Tahoe was so exceptional that we have hired Christin for our Bay Area home. Kristy and Rob Paratte

Working with Christin was a real pleasure. I had a vision of what I wanted to do to update my fireplace and living space and she did an excellent job in making that vision come true. She is a good listener and receptive to sharing ideas. I look forward to working with her on another project in my home.
