I took Heathers class at 4:30 for the signature HOT YOGA class. Highly recommend!!!! I had been out of practice for a while and she made it super easy to get back into. I had no idea there was HOT YOGA in Peoria!!!! Thankful this place offers it as I prefer to do it in a hot/warm room. Will definitely be back!

I've been a member with this studio for some months starting this past year. I love the flow of their hot class, it is my favorite. Kat and Maly are amazing, nurturing, open and knowledgeable teachers, (the two I take the most classes from) both with great instruction for beginners and advanced yoga practices. The yoga sculpt with Arielle is a sweet, energy packed workout with a little bit of love thrown in. I'm not advanced or beginner but have seen massive improvement in my flexibility and strength. I absolutely believe yoga is for every body, shapes and abilities. I practice now at a few different studios, but this Y6 will always feel like a home studio for me. It's clean, and the extras (cool towels, filtered drinking water) are awesome. I haven't tried all their classes because I tend to stick to my schedule and ones I love.

We have been taking classes at Lake Pleasant Y6 for a while. Just completed the 470th class. LPY6 is one of the best; great environment, great teachers. Can’t say enough. Thank you for being here. There are many different types of classes and within each class there are many levels of options. So, there is something to do for everyone based on your range of motion. I was fearful of the power class, but even that was fine thanks to great guidance from teachers. Give it a try. You deserve it. You are never too old or too this and that! It’s never too late. Now is is the best time to start! Namaste. Thank you!

I have been going to YogaSix for 2 months now and I absolutely love it! Amy, Tasha and Caroline are amazing teachers. There is a variety of classes to choose from and the community is so welcoming. I recommend this yoga studio to all of my friends. The classes can fill up on the weekends but there's always room for everyone! You can try it for free before signing up too!

I’m so happy to have Yoga6 available in our community. What a great place for your New Year’s resolutions. You won’t regret giving yourself the gift of yoga! Teachers are all great and always encouraging. Definitely recommend taking one of the 6 different types of classes offered. I have been a regular for a while and definitely have seen many benefits mentally and physically.
