I had been having horrible back,knee, and neck pain. I had heard about HealthFirst Spine &Wellness from a friend who has been having great success . Only a couple weeks of going and seeing Dr Noah I was feeling better. Not only did my back and neck feel better but my hand with its nerve issues started getting some relief! Everyone is so very nice and knowledgeable. They try very hard to help you feel better and reach your goals!

Brad at HealthFirst has been an absolute game-changer for my health. I’ve been seeing him for over 5 years, and during that time he’s helped me fix a wide range of issues that I honestly thought I’d just have to live with. I have been a regular client at HealthFirst Spine and Wellness for about three years. The staff are professional, sincere, and exhibit a cheerful, positive working attitude. They actively listen and answer questions. They are efficient, competent, and highly motivated. They ensure that you are completely satisfied. They epitomize the highest standards of a well-rounded professional. They are customer service oriented. They are highly skilled in the facets of their positions. Drs. Brad, Nicole, and Noah Holden, D.C., represent the embodiment of integrity, pride and professionalism. They are extremely knowledgeable, conscientious, and completely resourceful. I am a senior (in my 70's) and strive to be active and fit. I have had lower back issues for many years. However, with their "hands on techniques", I am able to exercise better at the gym and enjoy playing table tennis, without risking serious injury. I feel that I receive a "full body workout "when I exit their office. I feel that my muscles are strengthened, joints are more mobilized, and balance is improving. I feel overall much better. I truly appreciate their time and effort they expend on me. I would highly recommend this practice with any neuromusculoskeletal issues.

During my recent visit, I had both Dr. Brad and Dr. Noah working on me, and I appreciate Their collaborate approach to ensure that their patients receive the best possible care. Also a big shoutout to Dr Nikki who makes sure everything runs smoothly. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a reliable and caring Chiropractic care provider.

Dr Brad, his wife, son and whole staff are amazing. Despite the demands of a thriving practice, everyone has a great attitude. I feel better just walking in the door. My care has been exceptional and tailored to my specific needs. If you need chiropractic care this is the place. No high pressure sales or treatment plans, just good chiropractic care.
