I was initially referred to this practice after suffering severe back and neck pain, and later again for plantar fasciitis. The practice in general is well run, and the staff of super friendly and professional. Dr. Kaunator in particular has a great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable about treating conditions holistically, including ways to prevent further injuries. I’ve also brought my kids here for tuneups, which they found very helpful. I would recommend this practice to my friends and family!

The staff is professional and friendly, and the doctor is patient, attentive, and truly takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. The clinic is clean, comfortable, and well organized. I felt well cared for and would highly recommend this practice.

I was referred to Austin Preferred several years ago... I have had physical therapy and chiropractic care at other facilities over the years (for various issues) but I haven't found a place that gives better care than what I've received at AustinPreferred... In addition, the staff are professional, personable, and pleasant to interact with. Dr. Fluitt has a fantastic team! And his new chiropractic doctor, Dr. Sarah is awesome!!! ✨️

I’ve been going to Austin Preferred Integrative Medicine for over a decade. Dr. Fluitt and his staff have been great to work with and have helped both me and my wife with chiropractic care and physical therapy. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping you feel better. Highly recommend.

I could talk about how caring and ridiculously good looking everyone in this office is but it's best told by what I heard when in the waiting room. A therapist came in to talk to Bianca, the office manager/queen. The therapist said John Doe was scheduled to come in and Bianca shouldn't bill him because he's been coming for 6 weeks and they haven't been able to solve his issue. Bianca replied agreeing that no one should see them for more than a month or two. Unlike so many health care professionals these days, these beautiful people care about getting results. They fixed my frozen shoulder in a week using shockwave when Dr. Google said it could take a year. The vibe is very relaxed and family oriented and the facilities are really nice. I'm very happy I discovered them.
