Marissa is the most knowledgeable, organized , and personable agent and she always makes me feel like I'm the only person on her agenda for the day! She is so familiar with all plans, she makes comparisons easy to choose which plan best fits your situation. I've worked with her for many years now and I would highly recommend her talents!

Marisa's work is truly one of superior professional excellence: sincere, detailed, timely and succeeding in a realizing a successful outcome. With her indispensable assistance, I have completed today my enrollment in a new 2024 health insurance plan. My current insurance company and hospital will not be renewing their contract; disappointingly, neither had alerted me to this change. I have been with Marissa for years and have always received gold star service. This year I will turn 65 and she contacted me to explain all my options. She explained everything extremely well, answered all my questions, volunteered to walk me through the sign-up and is available to me any time. Marissa goes above and beyond and is so pleasant to work with. I never felt pushed in one direction or the other. I am confident I have made the best decision for me because of Marissa’s help. Oh, and she is continuing to assist with researching long term health care. Your the best Marissa, thank you.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Marisa. She’s friendly, very knowledgeable, accommodating and oh so helpful. People over use the phrase, “you’re the best!” these days, but in my humble opinion, Marissa truly is “the best”! She’s always made time to assist me with explanations, answered questions and made it easy for me to make decisions based on my situation. I so appreciate her, and will miss her expertise.

Marisa Is the model of someone who goes above and beyond. She looks for what is the best insurance for you and guides you every step of the way. If you need help filling out applications, she is there. When you talk about servicing the WHOLE person Marisa is that person. In a world where "customer service" is virtually non existent, Marisa is a breath of fresh air. We had a sick puppy dog and she shared resources and food to help him get better. She consistently checks with us through the year to see how we are doing and if she can be of service!
