We received our brand-new hot tub yesterday and had the electricity set up today, but immediately the control panel showed a “heater overheated” error. It was very frustrating to have a brand-new hot tub not working. Donny was the only person working in the store today, so he had to wait until the store closed before he could come to my house. He drove up to Liberty Hill before driving home to San Markus on a Friday evening. He came out personally and fixed the issue, which turned out to be an air pocket. While the situation itself was stressful and I did have to be persistent, I truly believe Donny deserves a five-star review. As a salesman who used to be a technician, he really knows hot tubs and stands behind what he sells. In the end, he made it right, and that’s what matters most. Thank you, Donny, for your dedication and expertise.
I wish there were more stars !! I had gold star service from the minute I walked into the store to the delivery of my hot tub!!!!! Donny Stiver went out of his way to make sure my hot tub was correctly installed and hooked up. He drove over 45 min drive to personally inspect everything. Who does that?!! I did have a professional electrician here but for some reason he made mistakes with the wiring. Thank goodness Donny came to my rescue. My daughter will be purchasing one soon and I’m going to make sure Donny will be her contact. A BIG thanks to all at Southern Leisure Spa!!!!!! Merry Christmas 🎄
