When I came into Healthy U, I was a shell of myself and didn't know if I would ever feel like myself again. Everything changed. Thanks to the Program and Admissions Director, Kim, my Psychologists, Ashley & Kellee, my Psychiatrist (Sha), and all the staff and fellow group members, I found myself again. Healthy U saved my life. If you are looking for help to feel better, whether it's your mental health or substance use, there is hope and you are not alone.

Healthy U is hands down the BEST mental health program in San Diego. The entire staff are always very kind, extremely competent, and most of all LOVING. They never make me feel like "just another patient." Group and individual therapy are INCREDIBLE. For me life has never been better. I've never felt this mentally healthy in my entire life. The other patients are awesome as well - so loving and supportive of each other - a wonderful environment fostered by the staff. I am so grateful for Healthy U. I highly recommend them.
