I am so happy with my recent visit to **Heart + Paw Dog Grooming**! My groomer, **Lake Scarborough**, did an outstanding job with my dog Earl. The care, attention to detail, and professionalism truly stood out. Earl came out looking fantastic and completely at ease, which says so much about the level of care Lake provides. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Extremely kind and accommodating. Very professional and great with my cats. I would definitely recommend this vet! I’ve had a wellness check and vaccines done there and both went smoothly with the vets checking for the microchip, cutting nails, weighing and making sure our records were accurate. Even though poor miso and buster didn’t have a good time, the vets eased our anxiety as first time cat parents.

Dr. Anna Martin was amazing and took such great care of my cat. She was thorough, asked thoughtful questions, and patiently answered every one of mine. As a new cat owner, I really appreciated that she blocked off extra time to support me and walk me through everything. it made this first visit feel so much easier. Had such an amazing experience at heart and paw. I have a very dog-reactive dog and they did amazing making sure the lobby was clear of any dogs and they took us right back to an exam room. Everyone we interacted with was extremely kind and they treated my pup so well, making sure he was comfortable the entire time. Overall a seamless experience!

I took my cat London there for an initial visit to establish care since moving to the city and every staff member was attentive and kind! Aysia was so awesome, as was doctor Dr. Jimenez! The staff took their time to make sure London felt comfortable and made sure everything went smoothly and answered all of my questions!
