Heavner is such a gem! My husband and I argued over bed frames for 2 years, sending over a hundred different ones back and forth and not agreeing on one. 5 minutes in Heavner and we had not one but two options we both liked, and eventually purchased. A few months later, we needed a recliner chair for the nursery and beelined to Heavner, walking out with a solid deal. Salesmen are all super nice, greeting you at the door but not shadowing you like every other furniture store. A great experience all around and I’m elated we found them.

I bought a console table that turned out to be cracked and damaged at the bottom, which the store never disclosed. When I called, they said I’d have to pay a delivery fee for a replacement — even though it was sold damaged. I went in person for a refund and saw the same damaged piece back on the floor with no label. Very poor customer service and dishonest practice. I won’t be returning.

Words can’t explain how wonderful of a company this is. Since I stepped foot in the building, the staff was attentive and willing to work with my situation. You can’t beat the prices and quality. The selection is extensive so there is something there for everyone’s needs. I was able to purchase a queen size bed frame (w/ reading lamps & usb ports), a queen size mattress, and a side dresser. I paid for delivery and assembly with my total expenses under $1,000. Moving from a different state can be stressful but they reassured me along the way so that everything could go smoothly with storing the item and delivery when I was ready to move in. Shoutout to Carter for helping it be such an amazing experience for me. Such a valuable employee! The delivery team was fantastic as well! I will make sure to share with friends who are looking into getting some furniture.

So far so good. Purchased a kitchen table on Saturday and then changed our minds to a different one we saw and went back on Sunday. Since it was on order we simply did an exchange, easy peasy! Gerald was fantastic to work with, this will be our first stop for future furniture shopping going forward.
