Rachel was extremely helpful , professional and kind . I had a very unfortunate situation happen during the repair process, and some things took place that were very unfair to me as a customer. I will spare the details of the situation and that’s all thanks to Rachel , she was able to resolve the issue. She made sure that we were happy with the results of the situation.she handled it fairly and with professionalism and respect. If it wasn’t for Rachel , this company would have completely lost me as a Customer and I would have been leaving a very different review . I’m thankful to have done business with Rachel and HIGHLY recommend asking for her if you visit this location.

I have had a great experiences every time I shop in the store. This past time, I called to get some questions answered and was more than pleased by the exceptional service I recieved from Angel. She was very helpful and got me checked out fast. She had to resize my watch but she was very quick. They made me feel welcome and did not pressure me into a sale. She also gave me a 25% discount and a free gift. Thank you
