Rachel was extremely helpful , professional and kind . I had a very unfortunate situation happen during the repair process, and some things took place that were very unfair to me as a customer. I will spare the details of the situation and that’s all thanks to Rachel , she was able to resolve the issue. She made sure that we were happy with the results of the situation.she handled it fairly and with professionalism and respect. If it wasn’t for Rachel , this company would have completely lost me as a Customer and I would have been leaving a very different review .
