Wow, we just had the greatest experience in all of our shopping for our wedding bands! We were helped by a lovely gentleman and the manager Kam. We walked away with wedding bands for each of us at a great price and absolutely were so happy with both of them. Such great, friendly staff, and Kam even got us some sparkling apple juice to toast to! (This was something we really appreciated and made us feel so special with our purchase, made it memorable in a great way! 😊) They truly made our experience unforgettable! Thank you thank you thank you both! 😁😊

I have purchased three watches from Jared Jewelers thus far. The first was a Movado in September of 2025. The second was January 6th, 2026 of a Citizen. Kam help me both times and had I a pleasant experience. Kam took the time to explain the watches to me, set the watches, and even offered to clean my wife’s ring (even though we did not purchase the ring from Jared). Kam deserves a 15/10 for his customer service, attention to detail, and communication. I was going to purchase my third watch (Tissot) the same day, but decided not to. I had the watch put on a wishlist so they knew when I retuned what I was looking for. Out of pure excitement, I returned the next day January 7th, and purchased the Tissot. This is where I may experience turned sour. The female sales associate who assisted me was not enthusiastic to help me. (If I had her name, I would mention it. Once I find out I will edit and put it below). Everything was laid out to make the purchase, but it was difficult than what it needed to be. I was told that I needed to purchase the watch before any links could be taken out. I was told, “How can I sell a watch with links taken out?” I asked what was the reason since I did not experience this before with Kam (i.e. yesterday, 1/6). She informed me that it was “policy”. I was taken away from the experience and almost left the store because I could not believe the experience/ treatment. She then tells me, “whatever you are the customer I can make it happen for you”. From there, she took out the links and did not make any eye contact with me. I was never asked if I had questions about the watch or if I needed the time or date adjusted. The whole interaction seemed like I was getting the cold shoulder. To make it worse, I was even questioned how I was going to pay for it. Upon my check out, I was not offered a warranty for the watch. I had to ask for one. I basically checked myself out and brought myself over to the checkout counter to complete the transaction. I work at a high-line dealership here in Fort Wayne. I would never tell a customer we can’t go on a test drive because putting miles would put off for the next customer. That’s how I felt when she told me about taking out the links. The links can get put back on just like a full warranty would start at the purchase of the vehicle of a new vehicle. I know good customer service, I witness it everyday and do my absolute best to present it, but I did not have a good experience. I want to try and be as detailed as possible so others can be on the look out for this one sales associate. Edit (1/8/26): I am bumping up the review from two stars to three stars. Kam called me back and offered position solutions. Additionally, it was a swift response from a negative review.

Jay was so helpful!! We came in to Jared a few times to look for the perfect wedding bands and watch for my fiancé. He was more than helpful, patient, kind & fun to work with! Couldn’t be more thankful for him!:) Kam was also amazing to work with & made the experience a blast! We will definitely be coming back for our future purchases & asking for both Kam & Jay!

My fiance and I went to Jared curious about their wedding band selection without the expectation of purchasing any. We were lucky enough to be able to work with Karina who made our experience so seamless and easy! She was patient with us as we were unsure what we wanted. She showed us a TON of options that fit our description of what we felt like we wanted. She was truthful with her opinion which we appreciated! She never made us feel pressured when I was unsure about which two I wanted. She prepared our options when we came back the next day and still gave us time until we said yes to our wedding bands! She even provided us with sparkling apple cider in champagne glasses which elevated the moment! She was very knowledgeable about our questions! We hope we are lucky enough to work with Karina when we return to get our anniversary bands!

Cannot recommend the team at Jared’s enough! Karina got my ring in and scheduled, and was able to make sure it was ready before I left for a trip. She kept me posted every step of the way! Helena helped me get a special stone set into a pendant so I can always have it with me. Lastly, the jeweler did such a phenomenal job on setting a new stone into my ring. It turned out so beautifully and i love it so much! Truly such a kind and great team and will always bring my business to them. 10/10 recommend for any and all jewelry needs!
