Fort wayne Glenbrook mall's Kay's Jewlery store is truly blessed to have some amazing kind and caring staff. I was super needy and Peyton and Jason were very helpful and patient with me. They helped me make my ring customized and were super helpful in showing me so manny options. They didnt get angry or annoyed we laughed alot and they gave me a really good deal.
The staff has always been good at greeting me right away when I walk into the store. This is important to me because I am an African American and other establishments aren't as eager to help you find what you need, because they think your wasting they're time and your not going to buy anything. That sadly is the stereotypical narrative placed on my people. I have found that to not be the case at Kay's in Glenbrook. I would like to especially thank Danielle and Jason for they're great customer service and professionalism every time I enter the store.
Great customer service. Walked in and someone helped us right away. We were at Roger’s n Holland but nobody helped us. Stood there for 5 mins no one. Went to Kay’s and they helped us right away. Sales associates were very knowledgeable and helped us stay in our budget. Son bought his beautiful engagement ring! Can’t wait until he proposes!!! Thanks guys for making my sons experience great!!!!
Absolutely wonderful service! Every visit I have had to Kay's Jewelers at the mall, it has been fantastic and friendly service. Our last visit, we were helped by Peyton and Jason and they were absolutely wonderful and helped us with all our needs and questions. If you are in the market for any jewelry, please pay them a visit. You will not regret it.
I have worked with Danielle several times now and she is the absolute best!! She answered all the questions we had while trying on different rings. Danielle helped us create the most gorgeous ring! She went above and beyond to make our experience so memorable and enjoyable! Highly recommend! Prices were also significantly better than other jewelers!
