Hendrickson’s has been there from start to finish with helping design my engagement ring to solder my ring and bands. Each step was so seamless and they were there with any questions or changes I needed. They have been so kind and truly care about making the experience amazing and leaving with the best piece of jewelry you can. Their prices are so reasonable for great quality. I worked with multiple employees, but mostly with Jade and I can’t fully describe how generous and amazing she is. I would highly recommend Hendrickson’s to anyone and everyone.

Super helpful, knowledgable and quick turnaround time! I had a tarnished gold plated necklace my grandma loved but the pearl had fallen out and it was in rough shape. Hendrickson’s quickly helped me out and the result was beautiful as they added one of my diamonds to replace the pearl and also polished and dipped the cross. Thank you!! Can’t wait to go back and get more custom pieces!

My phone call with questions were all answered followed up with a friendly "Just come on in & we will check it out in person!" Which I'm so happy I was able to make it in. Hendricksons is hands down the only place in Idaho that you should go to for ALL of your jewelry needs. As a customer for 20 years, and after dozens of purchases (custom, estate pieces, and more), I will tell you that they provide the absolute best service possible, they are so fair on pricing, and have everything from the MOST BEAUTIFUL custom jewelry, ready to wear, and estate pieces anywhere around. Fellas, if you need a wedding ring, DO not buy without visiting Hendrickson’s first!!! If you have an idea for a jewelry piece, they will bring it to life for you with the best quality and it will be affordable, fair, and an investment in yourself! Go check it out, you won’t be sorry!! My photos are a custom coin necklace they made for me with lab diamonds, and a vintage estate sale cross I got from Hendrickson’s, as well as a custom solid gold anklet w/ lab diamonds they made for me (w/ matching necklace) and I just love them!

I was pretty nervous about getting my grandma’s vintage rings resized, but Hendrickson’s did an absolutely AMAZING job, resized them perfectly and cleaned them up SO nice!!! They were all so friendly and enjoyable to talk to, and were able to work with me and my many questions. Such a pleasant experience, and I am overjoyed at the results. Thank you all so much, I appreciate it more than you know! Cannot recommend them enough! This is the place to go for your jeweler needs!!!!
