Henry’s is my favorite gym I’ve been a part of. GREAT equipment selection, music/layout/vibe is 👌(and the posing room for post-workout selfies 🥵) Good recovery options (I do the sauna/frost box and massage chair a lot). And the staff are all phenomenal, been training w/ Austin twice a week and REALLY seeing results 💪 and Jada, Max, Matty, June, and Mason are all so encouraging/fun/helpful. 11/10 would and DO recommend

Henry’s Gymnasium is an exceptional Gym! The quality of the equipment truly stands out. Everything is very modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out to support a wide range of workouts, and the thoughtfulness of the design is next level. The comfort level of the spaces in comparison to other gyms is much more relaxed and comfortable. I didn't feel scared or judged asking for help with the equipment here, everyone is approachable, supportive, and genuinely happy to make sure you feel confident and comfortable using it. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here; the facility is spotless, from the machines to the locker rooms, creating an environment that feels both upscale and welcoming. Beyond the physical space, what really sets Henry’s Gymnasium apart is the community. There’s a strong sense of support and positivity among members and staff, making it a place where people genuinely enjoy showing up and pushing themselves. It’s more than just a gym—it’s a motivating, high-quality fitness community. Dare I say it might be the best gym in Seattle. The overall quality, price point, value based services and class offerings designed to fit anyone's needs or desires. Highly recommend.

I LOVE HENRYS!! The staff the atmosphere the other members! Everyone is polite and respectful! Its never crowded and no teens hogging the machines. A dream come true! Highly recommend touring and checking the gym out! Not to mention the pose room! Nothing like a post pump photo!

This is an awesome gym. They have specialty equipment from Germany that targets muscle groups so it’s great for people that want more variety. They also have everything for a good standard lift. The recovery suite in the back is like a spa with the red light bed, sauna, and ice box. The staff are also incredible and kind, definitely my go to gym when I’m in Seattle

The vibe is amazing and the place always feels clean and comfortable. The equipment is top tier and the amenities like the sauna, red light therapy and the massage area make recovery feel like a treat. The staff here deserves a big shoutout. Max, Jada, Ari and Wayne are always so friendly and ready to help with anything. They really go out of their way to make sure everyone has a good experience. Honestly, this is one of the best gyms I have ever been to. Totally recommend it💯
