Popped in On the 28th December around 17.30 just for a Brouse around What a pleasure it was Staff are so very helpful and more importantly so polite We got Chatting to a lady who was busy showing one of the staff how to fold up an item for display. What a lovely person just a pleasure to talk with We did not get her name but know she is from Leith She took time out to show us some variations on the different Leslie tartans What a joy it was to be treated with good old fashioned customer service Can't recommend this establishment and it's staff highly enough for a visit when in the City The added bonus was the prices Wonderful to see a business not ripping off visitors with extortionate profit margins and one that promotes custom service first and foremost. Many Thanks for the time spent chatting with us. Hopefully we are able to visit again in the near future

Anshul was so helpful when looking for golf items. He went in the storage room and got us a variety of large sizes to try on. He was always polite and smiling. I was in the store 3 times searching for a specific sized item and each time I was in I sought his help. He was not pushy at all. You don't often see such polite, kind hearted individuals who go the exta mile , especially in a gift store with so much competition around it. I give this store a 5÷ as it is very organized and had such a variety of souvenirs. Hats off to the 'Best Employee' Ashnul for his customer service and pleasantness. Kudos to him!!!!! Will recommend your store to visiting friends.

Had an amazing experience at this shop!! The manager and staff went above and beyond for us to check for sizes and in stock items. It was a wonderful shopping experience!

I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Chinatsu, who works at the shop. She went above and beyond to help me find a toy with my pet Luna’s name on it, searching so patiently and enthusiastically. Her kindness and dedication made my visit truly special. Thank you, Chinatsu!

I stopped by The Heritage of Edinburgh shop during my visit this July, and I really enjoyed the experience. The store had a great selection with more variety than I expected, and the prices were better than many other shops I had visited in the city. The atmosphere was welcoming and made browsing feel relaxed and enjoyable. It was a lovely stop on my first trip to the UK, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality souvenirs in Edinburgh.
