Hermes Plumbing was recommended to us for our plumbing requirements for our renovation. At the same time as the renovation we also had them address the replacement of all our Poly B lines throughout the house. When we began I was expecting a good plumbing contractor, however what we experienced was much beyond that. The crew was very professional and very personable. The work completed was detailed and meticulous. We always felt like we were in very capable hands and when a couple of tricky items came up with our renovation, they were there right away with solutions. We are so thrilled that we were introduced to Hermes Plumbing ..... I highly, highly recommend them.

Despite initially offering Thursday and Friday openings that I couldn’t accommodate, Mindy went above and beyond to arrange for their plumber, John, to come today. This was a huge relief, especially since I happened to be home sick and was struggling to find a suitable time next week. John was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He resolved all my plumbing issues, answered every question, and even educated me on what to watch for with my water tank to help prevent a potential basement flood. I will absolutely be recommending them moving forward. Hermes’ has gone above and beyond to show great care with ensuring their customer is taken care of.

We had Hermes help us out twice and each time we were very grateful we chose him. 1st we needed our gas barbecue connected. He was so helpful, gave me choices where to run connection; pulled the permit and followed through our city inspection pass. The 2nd time was 2 days before going on vacation our hot water tank needed to be taken away and replaced. He got it out and in the the new quickly aaaannnddd this was in the middle of our street renewal. We didn’t have a sidewalk to access our home and loads of equipment tying up access. We flagged the paving crew down to put bridge up so Hermes’ could access our house! Hermes is professional, reliable and has all the credentials, not everyone one in his trade does. Those guys tried to rip us off. I recommend Hermes in North Edmonton Hub Facebook group any time someone is looking for a recommendation. Thank you. You really helped us out!

Hermes and his team did a whole house Poly B replacement for us. It was seamless and stress-free. When he was done the house was left in great condition and the work he did in the utility room was a work of art. So clean and organized, with shut off valves on every line. His price was really great and the job was fully completed in 2 days. I would highly recommend Hermes and his team for any Poly B replacement job.
