Hi. I work at Epcor and highly value all the trades involved in the supply of our great city's water. The superbly handled communications and swift dispatch to respond to my blocked toilet in my home by Apollo was outstanding. The tradesperson Anthony was well equipped with proper tools, safety gear and executed the task in under 15 minutes for a very reasonable price. Landon and Stephen were excellent, can’t say enough good things. Punctual, very polite, great customer service, Fast, efficient. Figured out my plumbing issue quickly and fixed it faster than I expected, and went above and beyond to answer other plumbing questions I had. Very happy. Called Apollo for a furnace issue. Vince was excellent as well. above and beyond as well. Very happy and have recommended to family who have also had positive experiences. I hope the owner gives these guys good Xmas bonuses as myself and family/friends have used Apollo a few times now because of great service starting with Alexis and the Plumbers Vince, Landon and Stephen that they’ve sent.

We called Appolo Plumbing to get a new hot water tank installed. Biff and his apprentice were able to come within a couple of days. Biff was very friendly, efficient and extremely knowledgeable of the work he provides. He explained all of our options and went through everything that would be done. Afterwards clearly went through the yearly maintenance we should be doing. I would 100% reccomend Biff for all your Plumbing needs. Appollo Plumbing provided us with excellent customer service from start to finish! Thank you very much Appollo team!

I was extremely impressed with the technician named Anthony, who came to my home to install the new dishwasher we bought. From the moment he arrived, he demonstrated professionalism and expertise. Anthony was courteous and had a kind demeanour, which made the whole experience pleasant. He noticed the cracks in the pipes under the sink. Anthony replaced them with new pipes and explained the process he followed for the replacement. Throughout the job, he worked efficiently, ensuring that everything was done correctly and to a high standard. He also took the time to answer my questions and address any concerns I had, which I greatly appreciated. The quality of his work was exceptional. Anthony made sure to clean up the area before leaving. I was thoroughly satisfied with his work ethic and the promptness of his service. I will definitely recommend others and look forward to using this company again in the future whenever I need additional plumbing services.
