Broke a reflector! Super cool about it no mark up! E bikes ruled with power button. 4 1/2 hour round trip to Santa Monica such a fun ride on the beach.

I had the best experience today at Hermosa Cycle…I walked in with a chain issue and Mark fixed it on the spot and had me back out on the strand in less than 5 minutes! This shop definitely earned a new customer - Thanks Mark!

I am out visiting relatives here on the West Coast. Brought my road bike with me. Got off the plane, got settled and got the bike out and put together. Off for a ride. Unfortunately got a flat. The great crew at Hermosa Cyclery took care of me right away and got me back on my ride! Can't say enough good about them! Thank you for the great friendly service for an out of towner!
