My experience with Felix S. was 🙌 PHENOMENAL! 🙌 He came for a last minute emergency repair the same evening I called in, was able to diagnose the problem quickly and thoroughly, and completed the repair fast and efficiently! He was kind, courteous, understanding, answered ALL of my questions, educated me on things I didn't know about involved in the repair, and was a pleasure to do business with! I had a leaking fixture in my front yard and called Hers & His Plumbing for help. Felix was the technician who came out, and he was fantastic. After reviewing the issue, we realized the repair wasn't covered by my insurance, which was stressful at first. However, Felix completely turned the situation around. He took the time to educate me on exactly what needed to be done and why, explaining the repair process clearly so I understood the value. On top of that, he gave me a very good price for the work. It’s rare to find that kind of honesty and patience. I highly recommend Hers & His Plumbing!

He was knowledgeable and kept me informed of what he was doing and the potential causes of the problem. As important he returned my property back as neatly as possible. Emilio was AMAZING! He did some awesome work. My plumbing was pretty much haunted. Three hours the day after Christmas, he was up on my roof, standing in water, all over the house, making sure things worked so my family and I could know some peace during the holiday season. Totally professional and dedicated to his job. Hers & His did some excellent work, I look forward to working with them again in the future. :)

The Hers and His team from Orlando was awesome! Mark and Felix did an outstanding job of re-plumbing our house. Re-plumbing the whole house is not fun, Mark helped us understand the whole process and explained to us what to expect. As any project of this size, we had some unexpected issues, but Mark, Felix, and Nathan worked thru them and explained to us what was happening. We had some challenges to overcome as this happened just before Thanksgiving, Mark was able to do a patch job so we could use limited water until permits and work could be completed. The over all experience was good for us because we felt that these guys really cared about making sure we were ok and satisfied with the end result. Not many companies do that anymore. Thanks guys from the bottom of our hearts.
