I recently had my lower back waxed by Lisa, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She was super professional, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Very very poor service and rude staff! My friend turned up to her appointment, sat in the waiting for about 10 minutes to be seen, only to be told she was marked as a no show. As a student £25 and travel here was a lot of money, and no refund and being told to repay is ridiculous. No time was wasted and I hope you enjoyed taking money from poor students. Don’t go here cause more than likely you’ll be turned away for no reason.
