Where can I start? I’ve lived here for almost 8 years and coming from a single mom, from The manager and maintenance are the reasons why I’ve stayed here when you live here it’s a community. That really cares the Maintenance guys Jordan and Vimal with no delay. Anytime I need something or I’m curious they don’t hesitate to fix or come look at the problem. Jordan the manager there’s nothing that he won’t help with or help to find a conclusion of a matter. I’m very grateful to live at hidden lakes.
We lived here for more than 5 years. Although there were minor setbacks which were unavoidable, our general experience was good. The main reason why we moved here was because we had large dogs. The community is very pet-friendly, well maintained and genarlly quiet since it’s practically located in the Pocket area. Special mention to Vimal, the Service Manager, who had been so consistently responsive and extremely helpful. He, together with Jordan, took care of our needs. They were always available to assist even if they’re already off the clock. Our stay was made even more comfortable and convenient because of Vimal ang Jordan. We are forever grateful.
I went to go visit my friend at Hidden Lake but got lost, thankfully Anthony was near by to help me navigate the apartments. Him and I got to talking and he informed me about the apartments and told me some useful tips on how to take care of my washer and dryer at my house. Thanks for the useful tips, Anthony!
In June our ac stopped working. Submitted a work order and was pleased with the timely service we received. Although the part had to be ordered we were supplied with a portable ac unit to get us thru. Thank you Anthony for your skills in helping get this resolved quickly.
Maintenance guy Anthony is amazing!! He made a horrible experience into a great one. Besides the fact that our carpet in the living room was wet due to the a/c being clogged, he came that exact same day to fix it. I really appreciate him coming on his day off. He knew exactly what to do and went above and beyond to make this process smooth. He took pictures of the damaged furniture and reassured us the issue of the a/c would get fixed and it did. Never met a maintenance guy that very well experienced. Thank you Anthony for your great work 👍
