Utilized HPG for my company's basic tax prep needs. Chase expressed full confidence and availability to handle what we needed. Our first two years filing went fine. In our 3rd year filing, most of the communication we had from his office was "He's in a meeting" or "He's out at lunch"... Chase failed to respond to several calls and emails from me & my colleagues for ~4 months before we finally gave up. Our time-sensitive tax questions were never answered by Chase or by the Highland Unprofessional Group. Extremely inconsiderate and disappointing.

They did my taxes for 2024. They accept new clients . I just moved to Kentucky last year, And I am from California. Their services is SUPERB.. I will let them prepare for my 2025, even I moved here in Illinois now 😍👍😍👍

Working with Chase and his team was a very pleasant experience when filing taxes is not always the case. We met with Chase and the whole process was seamless. He knew answers to our questions and it was immediately clear that he knew the answers. My husband and I will continue to seek his help in the coming years. The best thing is that we left with taxes completed!

I've been coming here for a number of years and they never disappoint. They are very friendly and always willing to answer any questions that you may have. They're knowledgeable about the tax code, which makes it easy for them to answer any question that comes up with ease!
