Date of visit 26 January 2026. The review reflects my personal experience and honest opinion. Was looking for something fun to do on Australia Day and came across a voucher for Holey Moley - Westfield Carousel, so we decided to give it a go here in Perth (having done it previously in Melbourne). Wow—what an incredible entertainment precinct. It’s a huge adventure centre packed with fun for all ages. Not only is there Holey Moley mini golf, but there’s also Strike Bowling, laser tag, escape rooms, and downstairs an arcade (not sure if it’s owned by the same company, but it all adds to the experience). We played the 18 holes and absolutely loved it. Each hole has a different theme and setup, which keeps things interesting and fun the whole way through. We booked an early session, which was perfect as it wasn’t too busy and we could really enjoy each hole without feeling rushed. It took us about 45 minutes for two people to complete the 18 holes, which felt just right. The staff were friendly and helpful, the venue was well set up, and the overall vibe was fantastic. Great service, heaps of fun, and suitable for families, couples, and groups of all ages. Would definitely do it again in the future and highly recommend it if you’re looking for something different to do.
Thank you for such an exceptional service from JJ, Raquel and Piper. They have assisted my son and his support worker in making sure they have a great time and fun experience when they play bowling. They are very accommodating and understanding of his special needs. More power to you guys.
Came for a night out with a friend, had an amazing experience. Spoke to piper on the phone and she helped me organise a plan for our night. Then came in and Megan, nizam, jj AND piper helped us all night, making sure we were having fun and being enjoying our time. So so grateful for the staff here. Definitely recommend :))
Had our son's 12th birthday with a group of his friends. They did a game of bowling and a 9-hole round of mini golf. It wasn't very busy due to being AFL Grand Final which worked in our favour. Staff were really helpful and attentive actually came out to the bowling lane and asked if we wanted to order some food which we did all in all the boys had lots of fun.
I have been to Holey Moley quite an amount of times over the years, but for the last couple weeks have been in more frequently with family, birthday occasions & for a date. Very much enjoy bowling! They have their specials — which display on the screens and could see certain ones online! Love most of the foods I’ve tried so far, especially the sides! I’ve done the mini golf, very cute & simple courses to do! This is best if you would like to do multiple things all in one place — then I recommend it. Otherwise, I personally prefer a lot more obstacles of mini golf therefore I go somewhere else with the kids to do with that mini golf. There’s of course the escalators to go up, and thankfully discovered the elevator to go up with my pram everytime I’d take my baby — in case anyone who’s not from here or in the area would like to know if there was that kind of accessibility to go up! Now, I’m sad to bring forward the reasons why my review is down the 2 stars.. I’ve had drinks arrive soon possible and then food arriving just about almost half-way of bowling. Unfortunately, today’s case was otherwise — it had taken over 30mins to receive our 3 sides for $29, we had already finished bowling and were ready to leave. We pushed back our next scheduled destination for the food & I wanted to try the darts. We managed to receive our food when we rescheduled our next plans & moved to the darts. I was sad realising we had only received 2 sauces — as it says & displayed there are sauces with fries, wedges & onion rings in total of 4 dips! I was told sour cream & another sauce was out so had a choice of others. I’ve also added extra (seen in receipt) that I’ve added BBQ as my date is allergic to tomato. I received BBQ, but that was part as the 2 sauces I received! Therefore due to lack timing & delivery for that much is disappointing. Next, as I went to pay for darts ($34) I asked the lovely lady I didn’t receive the code to start it. She was having a complicated time and 2 other people came to ask for help — while it was just her at the desk and running around! She reassured everyone she’ll need the manager for assistance. For ANOTHER 30mins the manager was no where known to be, unsure of how to contact him & where to find him! She managed to pull out another worker, which she was just as unsure what to do.. I told my date to go check the male toilets, to find out few minutes later coming out that he found him & he’s coming! I was very concerned asking if he was sick or anything, but my date said he was unsure & didn’t look it. I was NOT impressed as I work in management myself. I asked the manager for a refund & had said how disappointing this has been handled! He was apologetic but no proper explanation for WHY HE WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THEM. I had asked for the lady’s name, telling me is Megan. she handled EVERYTHING to the best she could! She served us as we entered, asked if we wanted to order, checked on us about the food, rushing out our food, handling other customers, very apologetic & ensuring we’re okay as we waited WONDERING where her other help was. She was absolute SUPER! I absolutely didn’t want to burden her further, and wanted to save confronting these issues to management & wondering why HE WAS NOT AVAILABLE for his workers aid, respectfully. I will be back for more bowling and curious of other games to do with friends & family. I wish to see Megan again or meet lot more crew with her customer service. I would appreciate some reassurance, knowing the matter to be handled — that this employee is to be praised, support for employees to be CHECKED OVER, and why my order had taken that long as it wasn’t busy & having pieces of my order missing! Will happily review again after next coming visits & knowing to have been reassured with above :)
