A very great atmosphere. Has security at the entrance to make sure no unwanted guests enter the premises. Staff i super friendly. Bar area is the best to just relax and talk while you either sit indoors or sit in the balcony area and enjoy some fresh air. There are 3 courses you can play and all are completely different themed and fun to do. Isn't pricey at for what it is and will definitely do this again and probably bring a group instead!
The service was terrible from the moment we walked in. The staff was rude and did not have a sense of customer service. There is a way to present rules or policy without treating people poorly. The bar staff took more than 3 minutes to even say I will be right with you and they were not too busy to at least look up at the customers. They could chat with each other no problem. Then another employee told us if we didn't start immediately they would be kicking us off the course and not reimbursing my money. Then there was no direction on how to get started. We had 15 people in our party and spent almost $400 just to golf and we were treated like this. The rooms were dark, cluttered and had a smell (like way too many humans in one space) Each hole was cramped into a 4x4 space. The concept was awesome, but the execution not so much. Maybe it was just really busy that day, but most of the staff looked stressed and unhappy. We did encounter 2 staff that stood out, Nicky and Elvis they were kind, helpful and found a way to turn our experience from Horrible to Ok. I know maybe that sounds bad, but we ended up having some fun and being able to complete the 2 courses we paid for. Would we go again...probably not on the tip of my list and not sure if I would want to recommend it to my friends. I was disappointed, because I was So excited to celebrate my birthday with my friends and family there. And it turned out to be meh.
We had a great time here, once we got in - as we forgot our id but all was well after the manager intervened. The courses are quite compact and intricate , with styling important to each hole. Spread over several floors with a great bar and friendly staff, it was a good evening and lots of fun .
We went here for 4th of July and had the absolute best time!! All of the mini golf courses were super unique and creative, and we loved all the golf puns posted everywhere. The cocktails were really tasty and well priced too!! We also got the hot honey pizza and it was so delicious there were no leftovers! All of the employees, especially Chris, totally made this experience one of our favorite date nights! Thank you to the whole crew tonight, we had the absolute best time!!
A visit to Holey Moley might not be a PGA tour, but it's definitely a blast whether you're with family or friends! It was our first time there with the family, and we had a fantastic experience. The venue offers three different courses spread over two levels. We tried the white and yellow courses, which were easy to medium in difficulty—perfect for kids and beginners. Plus, you can enjoy beverages while you play, though it might make those easier courses feel a bit more challenging as you sip and putt! There's a bar on the second level, a spacious patio, and another patio on the third level. If you're ready to party, don't miss out on the private karaoke room. Overall, it's a great spot for fun and friendly competition!
