Holly Hills Pet Hotel is incredibly professional, insured, and easy to work with. Their website makes it simple to set up an account, upload vaccination records, and request boarding dates with clear pickup and drop-off times. My husband and I have used Rover in the past and had two families we really liked, but availability was always a challenge. Holly Hills has been the perfect solution. It’s a cute neighborhood pet hotel. It is personal and nothing like the large commercial kennels that can make dogs anxious. Our puppy recently stayed for five nights while my husband and I went on our honeymoon, and it was obvious she had a great time. Before her stay, we did a meet-and-greet with Dan and a one-night trial stay to help her feel comfortable. She absolutely loves Dan. Dan is fantastic with communication. He keeps you updated about pickup and drop-off details, how your dog is doing, and even sends multiple videos throughout the day of your pup playing in the fenced yard with the other dogs. Those updates gave us so much peace of mind. We highly recommend Holly Hills Pet Hotel and will definitely continue using them in the future.
We absolutely love using Holly Hills Pet Hotel for our dog! The first time she went, Dan was very welcoming and gave us a tour of the facility and patiently answered all our questions. Their online booking is so convenient, and we love seeing all the pictures Dan sends of Dottie. We have been using them for over a year now and still so impressed!

This place is amazing. It is the only place I send my 2 beagles. I know they are getting the same love and care from Dan and Shellie that they get at home. The daily photos at no extra cost is such a great perk. I would give 10 stars if I could!! Here are just a few of the pics sent to me from their last stay.
I love this place. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. The couple that own HollyHills Pet Hotel are truly dog lovers. I send 2 dogs and I know they are safe and happy when they are there. The first day I sent them to daycare I got multiple updates, which I greatly appreciate. The dogs are always supervised when in a group. The facility is clean and secure- they have outdoor play areas and multiple play areas indoors which is nice with winter coming. I can honestly say I am completely comfortable with the idea of them staying for a week when I go on vacation.
