Came to the area for the Pokémon regional championships in the NEC with a group of friends. Having this place to kill some time was a godsend. My favourite part was witnessing a fight break out in the arcade between a muscly bloke and a family man (I assume it was over the possibility of stolen arcade tickets). You could even say it was a Hollywood Brawl *ba dum tssss* The staff were super quick to respond and the aggressor was removed from the premises. Arcade games and a show! 5 stars would recommend to other friends

Hollywood Bowl Birmingham at Resorts World holds such a special place in my heart, it was where I had my first date with my partner, which makes every visit feel even more meaningful. Thankfully, the place itself is just as amazing as the memories. The food is delicious, the lanes are great, and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, making the whole experience even better. A truly special place that I’ll always love returning to 💛🎳

Absolutely shocking service. I absolutely understand it’s busy and up to a 45 min wait is fine on a busy night. HOWEVER, we waited 1hr 50min total for our food to come. About 1hr we were told the order was not on the system, so proved we ordered it. Then we had to wait another 50mins for our food to arrive. Coming from being a chef myself, this absolutely shocking and so we asked for a refund because we were told it would be 45 mins and it was double that plus little more time, they blatantly refused to give us a refund, even though the food we got served was hard and lukewarm once it arrived. Very poor service. I do hope you can staff up properly, and maybe next time better service. Devastating Picture attached is a picture of the veggie burger. So very obviously reheated in a microwave. disgusting

The location and place itself is not bad. My kids enjoy the games and bowling. The only thing that let's it down is the staff and food. I ordered a jug of drink for the kids and received half a jug as I told the "what looked like a manager" to remove the ice. Even when receiving the food, the guy might as well thrown it our way. We got our meal, which was 3 simple finger food and nacho. We ended up leaving the nacho as there was a foul smell coming from the guacamole and the sour cream looked like spray cream. I recommend to go elsewhere for food.

Came by for a game of bowling and had a really good time. The venue is spacious, clean, and has a relaxed atmosphere that makes it enjoyable whether you’re with friends or family. We booked a VIP booth, which I definitely recommend if you want a bit more privacy and comfort while playing as it makes the experience feel a little more special. We also ordered a couple of drinks and some salty bites, and they were tasty and hit the spot. Service throughout was friendly and professional, which made the visit even smoother. What really stood out is how much there is to do beyond bowling…plenty of arcade games, pool tables, air hockey, and more, so kids and adults can keep entertained for hours. It’s very family friendly and a great option for a fun day or night out. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a mix of bowling, games, and good vibes.
