Fantastic and kind customer service! I saw their smog coupon online and I called for more information. Tommy confirmed that my car was eligible for the coupon and that they could take me as a walk-in as well. Shortly after arriving, Angel and Tommy ran the testing lightning fast. They are efficient, professional, and kind. I will be back for sure!

Tommy was super helpful and generous! We realized after I got my car smogged that it actually didn't need to be re-smogged yet, he didn't need to do this but he gave me $20 which I really appreciated. I also didn't realize that they have a DMV certified agent working on-site and she was able to help me get my registration squared away. I walked out of there with my registration, my sticker, and my peace of mind! Thanks again!

Very pleased with my experience at Hollywood Smog. I arrived around noon on the Monday before Christmas. I waited about 5 minutes before they were able to service my car. The process itself took around 10 minutes. The two gentlemen were very friendly. I used the coupon from their website for $39.95 and paid the $2 fee they charge for using a debit/credit card. I had some cosmetic scratches on my car and one of the gentlemen volunteered to buff them out for free! He also put air in one of my tires that was low. I would absolutely recommend this location if you need a smog check or emissions test.

Their staff is incredibly friendly and professional. In addition to being very knowledgeable, their services are efficient. Claudia assisted me with getting my car registered in California, and she made the whole process quick and pleasant. I was thrilled to have both smog check and dmv services taken care of here. I will only be using them from now on.

Excellent one stop shop for smog check and registration! Angel is the smog guy and Claudia does registration. Both provided Excellent customer service, kind caring and professional. Looking forward to coming back in the future and have told everyone i know!
