I live in a small, 10-unit TIC in Los Angeles, and we've been trying to do all our accounting and property management ourselves. Even so, there were some tax-related questions we were unsure about, so we reached out to HomWorks to inquire about a consultation. Even though they usually charge for a property tax consultation, Kevin spoke to us for free and answered all our questions. He was super knowledgeable and helpful. We strongly recommend HomWorks.
Very professional and kind. Highly recommend! I have been a vendor to HōmWorks over the years, and they are fantastic to work with. They pay their vendors quickly, have an app/website to track payments, and offer a paper check to be picked up at their office if you are in a rush, or they will mail it to you or ACH. They handle bookkeeping for a lot of properties in San Francisco and have had a fantastic experience with them. I am always thrilled when a property I work with uses HōmWorks.
Homworks has been a much needed partner in our TIC, which has had some owner issues. They have been quick to jump in and help educate new owners and work with everyone to resolve conflict. Kevin is always available to answer question and his team has been detailed, professional and extremely helpful!

The few times we need to audit some expenses, Genny and Eddy were able to resolve our issues very quickly. The HOA portal is very easy to use and has all the information we need updated monthly.
