Edit: like your other responses, not taking any accountability which is ironic since that's your job description. Why would I write a random review of accountants that I don't know. All your clients know that I'm telling the truth. Again, avoid this firm. We own several businesses and needed someone capable to help us navigate our taxes. Tony was a very poor communicator. He requested a retainer, which was fine. But when we realized that we're emailing him several time to answer the same question, it seemed like he was refusing to answer on purpose to draw out the retainer. He also made a few mistakes that ended up costing us more money, and he wanted to charge us to fix the mistakes HE MADE. That was the last straw. Seek help elsewhere.

Horrible experience with Tony. Edit to add, Tony is happy to respond to reviews, but not to emails. What he states in the reply is a lie, easily found online, as well as the fact that my new accountant filed the proper paperwork and dissolutions to close my business. How about taking some accountability for your ineptitude and poor customer service, Tony. ———— After having multiple conversations, phone calls and emails about closing my business and the accounting required to make that happen, Tony and his team did not actually file “final” tax returns. When I informed him of this mistake, he took no responsibility or accountability and said he would do it the following year, costing me an extra $800 to the state and he had the audacity to charge me. And to add insult to injury, HE DID NOT file the final returns AGAIN. So now my new accountant has to do it, and of course he will charge me, as he should since he’s actually doing the work. Stay far away from Tony and his team if you actually need help with your accounting. What a horrible person and work ethic. I will be telling everyone I know.

Tony , Eric and their team are extremely helpful, responsible and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and dedicated.

Tony and his associate prepared our 2024 joint tax return and did an excellent job. They were responsive to my questions, thorough in their work, and charged a fair price. I plan to use their firm for my law firm’s accounting needs as well as my family’s future estate planning. Highly recommend!
