I’ve done my own research for health and wellness centers, but it’s hard to figure out what is real online vs what is reputable. The reason I continue to comeback to the La Jolla office vs online is the trust I have in the doctors and staff. I had my bloodwork done and there is measurable progress. The cold plunge and sauna are an added bonus
LIVKRAFT is clean, peaceful, and beautifully designed. I felt so refreshed after the cryo and sauna. The staff is kind, professional, and really knows their stuff. One of the best wellness spots in La Jolla – I’ll definitely be back!
This place is amazing and the staff is incredible! They really take care of you here. Highly recommend if you need a recharge.
Fantastic evidence-based, science-backed longevity and wellness clinic run under supervision of medical doctor, with registered nurses, licensed chiropractor, certified massage therapists who are best of the best. They offer memberships where you can come as often as you want. They are open 7 days a week and there is free street parking outside. Extra cost for hyperbaric, IV infusions, massage but all are well worth it. Place is immaculate and modern. Staff are endlessly patient, helpful and kind. Highly recommended!
Spent an incredible day here in La Jolla, San Diego at LIVKRAFT Performance Wellness! What a treat! Tried Cryotherapy full body, a localized Cryo facial and the float tank! Beautifully designed facility. Staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating! Loved all the treatments. Highly recommended!
