THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!The ladies on the front especially the black lady was looking at me upside down.I dont know if it is because i am a white person and i am not from here.It bothers me so much and I felt like discriminated.And i am the one who says hi to them they didnt say anything when i walk in with my friend.So unprofessional i will never come back here!!!!!!!I will take my business somewhere else.

I’ve done my own research for health and wellness centers, but it’s hard to figure out what is real online vs what is reputable. The reason I continue to comeback to the La Jolla office vs online is the trust I have in the doctors and staff. I had my bloodwork done and there is measurable progress. The cold plunge and sauna are an added bonus

LIVKRAFT is clean, peaceful, and beautifully designed. I felt so refreshed after the cryo and sauna. The staff is kind, professional, and really knows their stuff. One of the best wellness spots in La Jolla – I’ll definitely be back!

Had the best experience yesterday at LIVKRAFT! Megan and Clarissa made me feel so welcomed. I was a little nervous as I’m pregnant but Megan was so informative and talked me through the whole process. I felt relaxed and at ease. Megan made me a special blend IV for pregnancy to give me energy and ease my nausea. While I got the IV I was able to have my legs in the compression boots. After that treatment I got spoiled with a red light therapy facial followed by a CYRO facial. Just the pick me up I needed being pregnant takes a lot out of you 😅I left feeling refreshed! Thank you so much Megan and Clarissa for making me feel welcomed and informed about the service. Can’t wait to come back!

10/10 omg the service was phenomenal!!! my bf and i went in for an IV drip (the livkraft) and were blown away at how accommodating they were. once u get an IV, you also get a day pass to their wellness center, i highly recommend the infared sauna, it has both a private cold plunge tub & a shower fitted right into the same room as the sauna itself. 10/10 wld recommend to anybody visiting San Diego💞💞
