I always leave the pilates and power hour classes feeling amazing, regardless of how good I am at the exercises 😆 those classes are beginner friendly and the more you go, the better you get at the more advanced poses and exercises, and the instructors help you so much along the way! All the instructors are awesome and uplifting. Its a wonderful place!
Did a hot Pilates class as a drop in and it was such a great experience. So much fun and the instructor, Tami, was really engaged and provided helpful instruction. The class itself was also very welcoming and encouraging. Would absolutely recommend.
I LOVE Hot Yoga Richmond. I have been coming here for 12+ years and have no plans to ever stop. This studio, community and practice are imperative to my overall mental and physical well being. The teachers and all the regular practictioners are amazing individuals. The 26 & 2 (Bikram)sequence will workout all your stiffness and crunchy spots. The hot inferno pilates will kick your butt in a fun way and with consistency will lead to amazing results. Yin, sound baths, Reiki therapy and more; HYR offers soo much!
Hot Yoga Richmond is a great option for anyone looking for a challenging and effective Yoga or Pilates workout. The instructors are all so encouraging and motivating. The best part about coming to HYR is that you learn something new every time! The instructors are all fabulous. Love this wonderful practice and community!!!
I have been transformed over the course of the 12 classes I have taken at Hot Yoga Richmond! I feel so empowered after each class and enjoy how peaceful the studio environment is. I look forward to coming to class each day more than I ever thought I would! It is definitely a highlight of my day! The instructors are amazing! I haven’t had the pleasure of taking a class with every instructor yet, but I particularly enjoy Marcia’s classes. She makes everyone feel welcome, knows everyone by name, and is extremely encouraging. I have also enjoyed Alex and Rachel’s classes! If you are on the fence about trying Yoga, like I had been for years, I highly recommend trying it out!
