I've been attending this studio for about 9 months now and absolutely love practicing here! They have a good variety of flows, great teachers, and there's room to improve in my practice. The popular times and classes do get booked up but that's a good problem for them to have! Note: this is a more serious yoga studio, which can be different than other people's experiences at other studios.

I absolutely love how CLEAN, and aesthetically pleasing midtown yoga is. Not to mention the staff is amazing and so patient with new timers! My highly recommended classes are “my strength” with Mackenzie & any “hot flow” class with Emily, Beth, or Maya! I’ve been to multiple yoga classes but nothing compares to the experience at midtown yoga! 🧘♀️❤️

Love Midtown and all of the instructors! The energy here is always warm and welcoming, and all of the ladies bring something special to their classes. Nicole and Megan’s classes have been my favorites — their flow, pacing, playlists and vibe always strikes a nice balance between movement and mindfulness. Dawn has a calm, grounding vibe, and Cassidy’s unwind class is the perfect low-key reset. If you're into a dynamic, energetic style, Jess and Emily are the go-tos for solid power flow options that definitely bring the heat. Whether you're new to yoga/hot yoga or a seasoned yogi, it’s a thoughtful, well-rounded space with something for everyone.
