Don’t let your fighters participate in any show they put on. HORRIBLY disorganized! PS they did not give me $150 back. I had to argue to get $125 back. It’s not about my kid not getting to fight. It’s about how disorganized the show was. My kid WAS on the card at 4pm when the show started and got SCRATCHED without any one telling our coach. Have the respect to let coaches and fighters know what’s going on. If you’ve been doing this for 20 years then it doesn’t show. Be more professional with your business. And the fact that there were several forfeits in the show because kids didn’t show up and the kids who were supposed to fight OUR kids fought each other is not acceptable. Sounds like there was no communication at all with anyone involved. People travel from out of town to see these shows and it’s so disrespectful to treat customers this way. The venue had PORTALETS not even a bathroom to use. There were fights breaking out in the crowd and fighters were taking belts for forfeits without even fighting?! You had no control of your event and it showed. It’s a shame. I have been to other amateur shows. And the way you conduct business is not the expectation.
