I started my pole journey at this studio last year and instantly fell in love. Candace taught my intro series and facilitated a great experience for someone with no dance background. She gave good instruction and was always encouraging and good humored. When I moved into the 1/2 level, I met some of the other instructors and found everyone to have their own unique style that kept things interesting. The studio as a whole felt very welcoming and I've recommended to many friends!

So glad this place exists. It is a wonderful space for people of all shapes, sizes, backgrounds, and fitness levels to move their bodies in the most empowering way. If you have ever wanted to try pole classes out, but were hesitant, this is the place to go. The owner, the staff, and the fellow students are welcoming, non judgmental, and incredibly encouraging.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this studio! Since the very beginning taking the Intro Series I have been hooked! I’ve felt nothing but the love and passion of the owner, Candace, and ALL of her amazing instructors. This studio has such a beautiful community and atmosphere! I always leave feeling better than I arrived and I’ve learned so much in a little over a years time- to love my myself, how to feel sexy and confident in my body and all its changes. I have found a passion for pole that I never knew was possible and I am so grateful for everyone at Empowered Flow that has made my journey amazing!

I took a pole basics class here after coming to their fabulous open house at the beginning of the year. I had never done any sort of pole or erotic dance before and I was super nervous about trying it out but the class was AWESOME!!! It was a really comfortable and laid back environment and I didn't feel judged about my bigger size or lack of strength in any way. The class size was small so everyone got individual feedback and the instruction was well-paced and easy to keep up with. The owner/instructor Candace was super encouraging, knowledgeable, and down to earth. I had a blast!! After that first class, I was freakin' hooked! I've been taking their classes regularly now and I'm really starting to see some fitness improvements. In fact, last week, I managed to do a pull-up for the first time in my life!!!
