I’m from out of state and purchased a new home inTexas. I also am in the flooring business so I am an educated consumer. I googled carpet/flooring companies and Houston Flooring Warehouse was my second call. Alina Wriser was helpful from the first phone call. Our new carpet was just installed. It is beautiful! Soft and full of light! I cannot say enough good things about the installers and the staff at Houston Flooring Warehouse on FM 1960. Their number one priority is to help you choose the right carpet for your home and your budget. Many, Many Thanks to Justin and Alina for their professionalism, patience, and kindness in helping me decide what to buy. I will refer this company to anyone that asks about where to buy new carpet.

Friendly staff and lots of flooring options. They also do cabinets and counter tops. Stephen Myles was super helpful and worked with our tight budget.

My wife and I own and operate a small business in northwest Houston and had a need to replace our carpet in our building. We went to Houston Flooring Warehouse. We had read reviews and saw the most current one about a salesman named Titus. Recognizing his name from review I asked him about the review. He was very pleasant and actually followed us to our business and stayed with us for 3 hours total measuring and helping us pick our carpet. He pointed us in the direction of carpet tiles for offices. We love it we have gotten many compliments. Also the installers names were George and Jose they did spectacular work and were left unattended over the weekend to finish the job. We are very happy with our experience!
