Great customer service helping us figure out what we wanted for a birthday party. Clean and quick set up and break down. Everyone we came in contact with made us feel special and went above and beyond for our kids. Would hire again and would recommend.
We rented a LED dance-floor from Houston Party Rental for a school dance and they did an amazing job. The dance floor was INCREDIBLE and the energy would not have been the same without it. I received so many positive comments from the students and parents! Communication was great throughout and everything from the contract to set-up / delivery - was very easy. They also provided a complimentary LED swing, which was a HUGE HIT as well. We had lines the whole event of students waiting to take pictures. We had a blast! Thank you Sasha for making our dance a huge success!
Great customer service, fast response, worked magic to save my daughter’s party as we had already paid another vendor and they canceled on us last minute but Sasha came to our rescue and saved the day! Couldn’t have thanked her enough she is absolutely amazing and provided me with excellent service! I work for the City of Katy and we use Houston Party Rentals for many of our City downtown events. From LED tables, games, bounce houses, mechanical bulls, and everything in between. They've been fantastic to work with and have provided excellent service. Always on time and set up when we need to be ready to go and they go above and beyond. I never have to worry about their attractions as they remain close if not on site the entire time. They've been wonderful to work with and we look forward to continuing to have them at our events!
Super pleased with the products and service received from Houston Party Rental! As senior class sponsor at a local high school, we host a "Senior Sunset" event on the seniors last day on campus and this year we included 4 inflatables. They were AWESOME! Sasha was flexible with able to meet our needs and a pleasure to work with to make it happen. Day of the event, Zach and his crew were on-time, attentive during the event and super friendly.
