We recently had our roof replaced with Houston Roofing and they were phenomenal! The whole process was very easy. We had a lot of questions about submitting a claim on our insurance and the owners lent us their expertise while still allowing us to make our own decisions. Jason was our project manager - he was very attentive the day of the install. They cleaned up all of the debris to ensure our yard was safe for our pups and kiddos after the fact. Cannot say enough about how great they were all around!
This was my first roof repair/replacement, and I spent a lot of time researching and calling several companies throughout Houston. When I contacted Houston Roofing and Construction for an inspection, Dustin came out and immediately made the process feel easy and unintimidating. He took the time to explain everything clearly and presented several options at different price points that worked with my budget. He also communicated consistently throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. I also need to highlight the crew that completed the work. They were professional, respectful, and courteous, especially considering they had to walk through the inside of the house to access the roof. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend Houston Roofing and Construction to anyone needing roof work.
We had a great experience recently with a full roof replacement. Jason our project manager was so easy to work with and not at all a pushy salesperson. He was professional, knowledgeable and responded promptly to all questions and concerns. The day of the job the crew worked very efficiently and did an excellent job making sure things were clean after.
