It’s all about the sale. We had to exchange a Christmas present. It couldn’t be exchanged until Jan 3 (after the boxing day sales?) No refunds. Vlad was very inflexible and ended up exchanging the item for a lesser valued piece for the same price. Sadly, the owner, who gave us a good price on the original item was not there. Nancy was very helpful thus the 2 star rating vs 1. Other jewellers offer refunds.

I went in a couple months ago to get my chain fixed and Rita was very kind and welcoming. She offered service that was quick and fantastic. I had my chain fixed in 5 minutes. On top of that, I was interested in a watch and Rita helped pick out the one I wanted! I just finished paying for it yesterday, and once again, Rita did a fantastic job taking care of me as a customer! I am very happy with my purchase and they have a great team of people working there that are very kind and friendly. Highly recommended!

Rita was incredibly helpful and kind. She took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for and made the whole experience feel easy and stress free. She was knowledgeable without being pushy and clearly cares about her work and her customers. I left feeling confident in my purchase and genuinely grateful for her help. If you’re shopping here, ask for Rita… she makes a big difference.

This place is amazing, highly recommend. I had the pleasure of speaking with Rita this week and she was absolutely amazing to deal with. I purchased a beautiful necklace and Rita carefully explained everything in detail so i knew exactly what i was paying for and even showed me a chart to explain the colour, size, clarity.. etc. so I was further aware of what i getting. I really appreciated this extra step to show that they truly do care about the customers. Also they have a lifetime warranty on their jewelry which is great! Thank you so much to Rita and the rest of the team at Howards Jewellers I will definitely be back!

Me and my husband went here today. We’ve been here a few times and we like the service and the atmosphere and they have really good prices the sales lady. Rita Was very welcoming and kind we would definitely recommend her My husband got me a tennis bracelet and another beautiful bracelet. The tennis bracelet was very long so we got It shortened to fit my wrist and the rest of it we got made into a necklace within a few hours. They were all ready to be picked up.
