5 stars for my preparer's patience and clarity (and for honoring the discount that had some tricky small print). The receptionist was also a delight to chat with. Was about as painless and pleasant as a tax appointment can be.

I am very satisfied. I walked right in and they took care of me without having to make an appointment. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back next year.

Was supposed to be a quick drop off of documents, and instead I had to sit and watch as he copied all my files over. Missed key aspects of my return that cost me ~$1000 even though I brought my previous year's return as an example and even pointed out what boxes were missing. After all that, I was charged $375 when all he did was enter the forms I have him and not consider anything but standard deduction. Absolutely not worth it. Update: After speaking to customer service Cierra helped to fix my return. She was very kind and clearly very knowledgeable! I have update my rating to a 3star since it was still a pain and quite expensive, but in the end H&R Block made an effort to fix it.

Friendly and extremely valuable/helpful service all around. I made an appointment online the night before and was surprised at how easy it was to get my taxes done. Despite it being the last day to file taxes, everyone in the office was super friendly and helpful. This was my first time using H&R Block and I highly recommend using them if your taxes are even the least bit confusion (not just standard W-2's). Leul was amazing. He explained everything to me in detail and made sure I truly understood everything he was doing. He was understanding and a really nice guy! He went out of his way to make sure that my taxes were filed correctly and that I felt comfortable the entire time. Given the complexity of my taxes AND that I waited until the last minute, the price was fair and I cannot thank the entire team at this location enough for all their help!

Receptionist very curt and unhelpful. I called to discuss them doing my taxes. I wanted to get a ball park figure for what it might cost. She refused to give me any information. She could not give quotes over the phone. I told her that I didn't need a quote, a ball park figure would be fine ("...is it around 100 dollars or 1000 dollars?"). I just wanted to know if it was worth my time coming down to the office. I asked in 10 different ways how could she could help me get more info without having to come into the office. She was a robot, couldn't be more bureaucratic or unhelpful. She lacked common sense. I was under the impression that the only service you offer to customers was making tax filing easier. You absolutely suck at the only service you offer.
