I went originally for back pain which was actually cleared up in less than 2 months, no PT or drugs! What a great facility but even as good are the people working there- friendly, informative and so helpful! There are so many different therapies offered and I can’t wait to try them all - 5 stars all the way!

I can’t say enough good things about the Vintage Park team! They’re friendly, knowledgeable, and make every visit feel easy and comfortable. The space is spotless and has such a calming vibe. For years, red light therapy and cryo have become my secret weapon during allergy and cold season. The second I feel that little tickle in my throat, I head straight there and it’s been a game-changer for staying ahead of seasonal stuff. Every visit feels personalized, and the staff takes time to explain the science behind each treatment, which I really appreciate. Going to Huemn was a game changer for my training! The team in the Heights are terrific-they make you feel welcomed and are great about listening and making personalized recommendations. I went because my doctor recommended the laser therapy when I was having trouble with my knee. Loved doing the cryo, compression, sauna and light bed as well.

This place is incredible. So many different options for health improvement at the cutting edge of science. The new location is a huge glow up and is futuristic spa like…. Beautiful. The cryotherapy chamber has been upgraded and now gets 30oF colder than before. They’ve added a contrast therapy room (2x cold plunge and sauna), there are now 3 hyperbaric chambers, they’re adding an IV bar upstairs (yes it has an upstairs) more chairs in the recovery lounge, and other things too. All the staff are wonderful, Kelsey especially is so knowledgeable and kind, and takes her time to explain things. The class IV laser has been life changing for me. Fixing sports injuries in one or two 5 min sessions. Saves time, money and pain I recommend it to everyone. I was a credit package user but this new set up convinced me to start a membership today. I’d live here if I could!
