Marx Jewelers provided an exceptional experience. The same night I purchased my tennis bracelet, a link came apart, which was quite disappointing considering its value. Fortunately, I was assisted by a man I believe was the owner of the shop, Marx. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Marx repaired the bracelet, cleaned it thoroughly, adjusted it for a proper fit, and even bought the extra links that were removed. His honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly exceeded my expectations. The process of designing our dream engagement ring was incredible and fun from start to finish. Not only did Slava help my vision come to life, he also completed the ring sooner than anticipated and in time for the proposal. Slava was great to work with! I had my rings cleaned and welded together (engagement ring and band), and a trickier pendant that needed fixing. Slava did both in a day. Beautiful work, good pricing, and very quick turnaround. Will definitely go to him again!

Found Marx Jewelers because it was so highly rated. Made an appointment to redesign a ring. Met with Slava who helped us with the redesign. Slava made the process of redesigning the ring easy and straightforward. He explained the whole process and answered all of our questions. We are very happy with the final ring redesign. We will definitely do business with Marx again when the opportunity arises and will also recommend Marx to anyone looking for a Jeweler.
