I had a wonderful experience with Ideal Cut Jewelers in Dupont. The jeweler was friendly, professional, and very honest about both the price and turnaround time. My ring is a more complicated 18k diamond scroll band, and he did a beautiful job resizing it while also polishing it up so it looks absolutely gorgeous again. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing, and after being there for 9 years, it shows. I’m so happy with the result and would definitely trust him with my jewelry again.

I’ve taken my rings here several times, to be resized, soldered together, etc., and they always do a fantastic job. They’re also always *significantly* faster and more affordable than any other jewelry stores in the area. I actually did a comparison once for the price and turn around time for having a couple of rings resized at 9 of the closest jewelry stores in this area. For the same rings, all of the other stores were quoting over $1000 and at least 3 weeks turn around time - Ideal Cut was able to do it for $200 and the rings were ready the next day. And they did a great job, everything was perfectly as it should be. There’s really no question, these guys are the best.
