Our experience with Shelter was excellent from start to finish. We worked with Magnolia to design a custom ring and she was helpful, communicative, and patient throughout the process. We always knew what the next steps were and what our timeline would be and there were no surprises, except for how beautifully the ring turned out. Every time we went in we felt special and welcomed - I can highly recommend Shelter for custom engagement rings.

My husband and I first worked with Mallory in 2024 to create a custom engagement ring. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive — we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll never forget the moment I saw my ring for the first time; the clarity of the diamond was absolutely breathtaking. There is no doubt that Shelter can find you the diamond of your dreams! Because our engagement ring experience was so amazing, we chose to work with Mallory again for our custom wedding bands. She went above and beyond to ensure my wedding band fit perfectly with my engagement ring, and I was thrilled with the final result. We cannot recommend Mallory and Shelter enough. Cannot say enough great things about Shelter! My fiancé and I worked with Magnolia to design my engagement ring, and she was absolutely fantastic. Magnolia worked with me on a custom engagement ring and made it a very relaxed, fun, informative, and memorable experience. She made it feel personal and not like a sales transaction. She listened and knew exactly what I wanted, never pressured, was extremely knowledgeable, and delivered on every promise. Her complete transparency was also very comforting throughout the process.
