I found my beautiful wedding band with Shelter! We came in for their wedding wing appointment, and they helped us understand different styles and narrow down what we liked while taking notes for our reference. During this appointment, they pulled a wild card ring that ended up as a top contender. After that appointment, I looked up the designer and found that ring in a different color. I asked the store if they carried it, and Christina contacted the designer to send a sample ring to their store for me to try on. She was wonderful to work with and answered all my questions. I wouldn’t have been able to try on and find my dreamy wedding band without her help!

Definitely recommend Shelter for custom jewelry! I worked with Mallory to design my engagement ring. I had a very specific vision so I wanted to work with a jeweler who had a similar design sensibility to bring my idea to life. The process was smooth - good communication, clear pricing, and very reasonable turnaround times. There was one small element I wasn't happy with after delivery, and she was very understanding and took care of it quickly. The ring is now exactly what I had in mind, so that was very much appreciated!

She was easily able to find me a portrait/rose cut diamond when other stores could not.
