I had a great experience at iFix! My laptop needed a battery replacement, and they did an excellent job. The repair was done quickly, and my laptop has been working perfectly since. The staff were very friendly and professional, and their prices were much better than Apple’s, with the same high-quality work. Low quality scammers. I thought this guy was doing me a favor when he said he could fix my iphone 15 screen in 20 minutes because I was a bit of a rush. It didn’t need to be done in 20 minutes, but that sounded like a great deal to me. When he finished, It looked great initially, But something fell off about the quality. I didn’t say anything about it then because I was thankful he did it quickly, and I could go back to work asap. However, the screen started bleeding after the first couple of drops with no other damages. I had it checked out by somebody else more trustworthy. And they told me that only two of the eight screws to hold my phone screen on were there. Which is what led to the premature damage. The guys at ifix seemed like cool people, but I would not go here if you’re afraid of getting taken advantage of. Go somewhere that will do it right the first time.

Just left IFix Germantown with a charger issue on the iPhone. Robert had the issue resolved and we were out the door in less than five minutes. Great place have used them before for new iPad screen.

James did a dry thorough job in fixing my computer processor issue. It was a quick fix and said it wouldn’t be much at all (the cost). It turned out taking much longer and he kept his word! Thank you! I’ve been here a few times with phone issues and they always communicated the options and fixed in a timely manner at a reasonable price. We definitely highly recommend!! 😁🙏
