Worst service I’ve ever had in any type of business. Late in fixing my computer then I ask the guy to explain to me how to address a issue with the laptop he said it’s not his problem he just was only paid to fix the monitor and yet its still not fixed . Guy needs a new manager because they will be out of business soon

I paid $120 to have my HDMI port repaired, and the technician claimed it was fixed the same day. However, when I got home and plugged it in, the HDMI still did not work at all. I essentially paid for a repair that was never actually completed. On top of that, the customer service was poor and unhelpful, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. When I returned to ask for a refund, the situation escalated unnecessarily and the police were called, which was completely unreasonable given that I was simply requesting a refund for a service that was not properly completed. This is very disappointing and feels misleading, as I was told the issue had been resolved. I would not recommend this service based on my experience, and I hope they take responsibility and address this situation properly.
