I thought for sure my lightning port was damaged but only needed some aggressive cleaning. Sonic cleaned it quick within five minutes and didn’t charge me anything.Sonic is great !!

We've taken our phones here 3 or 4 times now and have always been pleased with our service. This week I took in an iPhone that we thought had a broken charging port, but the employee fixed it right away and gave it back. They were very helpful.

They were able to diagnose the issue with my Apple Home Pod Part quickly and accurately, explaining the problem to me in terms I could understand. The part from the HomePod that I bought was not the problem. What really stood out was their commitment to customer service. The team went above and beyond to accommodate my specific situation.
