Five stars for the team at uBreakiFix! (wakeforest) It is so refreshing that a shop prioritizing honesty over a quick profit! Finding a repair technician who is transparent about a simple fix—rather than upselling you on an expensive part my laptop screen blackout and i dont see any brightness and thought it was a laptop LCD issue. I went in expecting a costly LCD screen replacement. However, they took the time to actually investigate and found it was simply a loose plug between the screen and the motherboard. They fixed it right then and there and didn't even charge me for the minor adjustment. In an industry where it’s easy to take advantage of customers, these guys showed incredible integrity and professionalism. Thank you for being so honest!"

U break i fix on Oberlin road in Raleigh has been my go-to for phone repairs for years. Today, Dominic went above and beyond to quickly fix my iPhone’s charging port and at such an affordable price. Pretty critical to be able to charge your phone. He also assisted with another family member’s phone who was having a different issue. Great place and outstanding service by Dominic! Highly recommend.

I have a somewhat unique phone (Moto RAZR Ultra; a foldable phone) and no one had a replacement screen protector... except these guys. And while they were quite busy, Dominic got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time and had my issue resolved. Keep up the great work guys. 🤜🤛💪💪

I brought my 9.7-inch 1st-gen iPad Pro here for a $125 battery replacement on August 25, 2025. They told me it would take a month, but called after 10 days. When I picked it up, I noticed a crack on the screen, but the staff acted as if it were just finger smudges. They eventually admitted it happened during the repair but said I’d have to pay extra if I wanted it replaced. After paying $136.74 (they also add a 2% credit card fee), I got home and discovered the home button and Touch ID no longer worked—something they clearly knew but never mentioned. If you use this shop, be aware: they may damage your device and leave you to cover the cost. I only hope the battery they installed is at least decent.
