I am so impressed!! I took my old iPad in because it would not charge. When I got my iPad back - I could no longer access Wi-Fi. When I called IFixOmaha, I was told to bring it right in. The problem wasn’t fixable so IFixOmaha replaced my iPad with a better model with more memory. I can not recommend IFixOmaha more - they are knowledgeable, professional while still being personable, honest and ethical. Thank you guys!!
Last two times I was here to have devices repaired I was told they would be finished by a certain day, but they were ready after the day I was told. I got my first repair over a week late. On the most recent repair, I was told the total was for both the parts needed and for the labor. Went to pick up my device and was told there was a balance for the labor. Ended up paying another $107 on top of a $615 balance when I was told otherwise. Very shady way to treat customers and get your money.
The service they did itself was great and resolved the issue I was having. The problem lies in the pricing and what they charged me. I spoke with them on the phone the day before I picked it up, they said the repair they needed to do would be $55 and if it was ok for them to go ahead with the repair. I said that's fine and the next morning when I went to pick it up, I asked what was done and they said the same process that they explained to me on the phone. I figured since it was the same process that they explained to me the cost would be the same so I paid without not much in mind. Later when I got home I was looking at the receipt and I was charged $128.40, I called them and they said the person who I talked to was busy helping another customer and that I would get a call/text back. That was on October 7th, I still haven't gotten a call back from them.
great and fast phone repair service. they offer a $30 lifetime screen protector replacement which i highly recommend. recommending this place for all third-party device repairs!
My bank manager recommended this location because they have a "Shred Vault" for secure paper shredding. I have never used a service like this because I was always able to burn my PII documents when I live in the country. I wanted to take the time to write this review for anyone who is on the fence about using this service. Chris, a store tech, and not the owner or Shred Vault employee, took the time to make sure I knew exactly how the process was handled and even talked about how he went to the shredding location to verify the process! Chris was so great and enthusiastic about helping me that I actually thought he was the owner. Thank you so much for helping me out and I hope you continue the fantastic customer service.
