IMPECCABLE WORK AND COMMUNICATION! Karl, you were a pleasure to deal with. I dropped off my car @ the Bethesda location, they replaced and painted the entire front bumper on my 1-of-a-kind car which is The White Arrow a 2015 SL 550 which is only 1 of 400 cars that were made, and it was ready in just over 1 week!
Karl was excellent in keeping us informed about the repair process. He was very effective in working with a difficult insurance company and managed to get the repair walked through their process successfully. The quality of their work was excellent.

I had such a great experience with Imperial Auto Body. Karl made everything easy from start to finish and the entire process took just a couple of days from getting an estimate to having my car fully repaired and back — he compared prices to find the best deal on parts, kept me updated throughout, and finished the repair ahead of schedule. Working with Karl @ Imperial got rid of the stress 💯. The pricing was really fair and transparent, the communication was clear and honest, and my car looks perfect. Karl was very helpful, communicative, transparent and nice! The autobody shop was also nice and helpful! They did a great job and even cleaned my car. The pricing was very fair/reasonable (I personally paid out of pocket and did not go through my insurance). If you want to smile from ear to ear after seeing your repair, come here!
